This year’s Royal Ascot takes place between Tuesday 18th and Saturday 22nd June 2024. There are four Hospitality packages to select from that suit every requirements:
Villiers Club
Nestled in a private area in the centre of the track, adjacent to the Village Enclosure. Villiers Club offers a spacious vantage point to watch the Royal Procession journey up the track and see the horses turn into the home straight and surge towards the finish.
Enjoy a delicious tapas style lunch and a delightful afternoon tea. After racing, build your own gourmet burger at the dedicated burger bar. Live music and a live DJ play throughout the day in the Village Enclosure and into the evening until 9pm. Click here to view our packages.

Pavilion Restaurant
At The Pavilion Restaurant you can take in delightful views across the Queen Anne Lawns. This large spacious restaurant is an ideal space for corporate groups and parties to enjoy a true Royal Ascot experience.
Access to the Queen Anne Enclosure where you can see the horses in the Parade Ring and view the Winners’ Enclosure. The Pavilion Restaurant is also a short stroll to join in the traditional singing around Ascot’s iconic Bandstand at the end of the day. Click here to view our packages.

The Wyndham Restaurant
A first-floor Fine Dining restaurant designed with a summer colour palette to create a fresh calm space in which to enjoy the Royal Meeting. An intimate setting with a balcony that is perfect for observing the colourful spectacle below.
Located in the delightful Royal Enclosure Gardens, a beautiful space transformed entirely for Royal Ascot. A short stroll to the Winners’ Enclosure, Parade Ring and Pre-Parade Ring to view the horses and see the winner return victorious. Holyroodhouse
Sally Abé takes guests on a gastronomic adventure with her British tapas-style tasting menu inspired by her Michelin-starred background at The Harwood Arms in Fulham and her new signature restaurant The Pem in Westminster. Guests can create a dining experience just for them with unreserved informal seating available,
both inside and out, and flexible dining.
Holyroodhouse offers an extended balcony offers an elevated outdoor area overlooking the runners in the Pre-Parade Ring and the delightful Royal Enclosure Gardens. Enjoy an innovative bar menu, curated by The Pem’s mixologist team, featuring beverages and cocktails specifically designed to complement Sally’s contemporary British menu.
